板式热交换器的性能主要取决于板片的材质、数量及热交换的面积,工艺,结构紧凑性等。我们就先来说板片。板片的材质有碳钢、不锈钢、铝及铝合金、黄铜、蒙乃尔合金、镍、钼、钛等,材质不同,价格不同。使用广泛的是不锈钢,有的用户需要处理含氯或其他腐蚀性介质时,会采用耐腐性能好的钛材质,但价格很贵。
工程应用中,热负荷和工况是多种多样的,板式热交换器的版型和几何尺寸的规格不同,价格差距明显。其中密封垫片的承压质量和额外的工况配置都会增加成本。密封垫片主要是为了防止流体的外漏和两流体之间内漏,运行中承受压力、温度及工作流体的侵蚀,因此要求具备良好的弹性,一般采用橡胶材质,有丁晴橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶、氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶及石棉纤维板。工况不同,使用材质要求不同,价格也就参差不齐。额外配置包括根据用户需求配置加热、制冷、净化、消声等不同功能段的结构。
另外板片的厚度通常在0.5~1.5㎜的范围内,按工况需要,选择的厚度不同,价格也略微有些偏差。板片的波纹形式不同会对板式热交换器的传热及流动阻力有较大影响,根据不同工况场合使用不同的波纹板片,一般以人字形波纹板和水平平直波纹板为主,价格也会有所不同。当生产上要求改变工艺条件和产量时,增减板片的数量或改变板片组装流程通道形式,这些操作都会影响价格的高低。
